I'm a shop – how do I order from Turnaround?

We are primarily a trade distributor and new stores are always warmly welcomed! New customers can send us a request via the trade area of this website. Once you have an account with us, you can place an order via this website or by contacting us directly at gifts@turnaround-uk.com or on 020 8829 3032.
 

Back Orders (trade customers only)

If an item you order via any of the above methods is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You can always contact us to get a copy of your back order list and we can amend or cancel items if required.
 

Tax Charges

For customers within the UK, VAT will be added at the appropriate rate. Most books, magazines and maps are zero-rated for VAT purposes and no additional charge will be made for such items without reason.
 

Methods of Payment

We accept any credit cards that Worldpay accepts (MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB). We only accept payment in GBP.
Trade Customers can pay by BACS, details supplied upon confirmation of the trade account.
 

Credit Card Security

All payments taken on this site are redirected to a secure server via Worldpay before customers enter any payment details, eg. card details. This means no card details are processed directly by our website, only by Worldpay.

Post and Packing

Delivery times and pricing are as follows:

Standard UK delivery – 3-5 working days
Up to 500g: £2.50
500 – 1Kg: £3.50
1Kg +: £4.50

European delivery – 5-10 working days
Up to 500g: £5.60
500 – 1Kg: £9.00
1Kg +: £15

For carriage charges to the rest of the world, please get in touch with us for a quote.

Privacy

Turnaround Gifts will never disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when required to fulfil an order. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other parties.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, or within 7 days of receipt of your items (whichever is the longer). When your order is cancelled, your payment will be returned and items must be sent back, in original condition, to Turnaround Gifts. Refunds will take 3-5 working days to be processed. If you have any further queries on returns and refunds, please contact us.
